Drum, Amp and Guitar Repair Service

Music Maxx repairs all makes and models of amps, guitars and drums. Our professionally equipped workshop allows us to do most jobs on site and our quick turn-around time ensures you get your instrument back ASAP.

We take pride in ensuring the work is done right the first time and strive to give you the best solution for each repair situation. Our qualified technicians perform each instrument repair and arrange custom work by local luthiers when required, providing you with the best service at the best price.

Instrument repair shop rates are $60/hr (or a portion there of).

Music Maxx also has a variety of after-market parts in stock if you prefer to experiment on your own.

Scott • General Manager
Scott does all in-store repairs and has three certificates from Fender Musical Instruments, recognizing him as the Certified electric, acoustic and amplifier technician for central Vancouver Island.

Paul • Repair Technician
Paul is an expert in amplifier repairs, and for the big repairs he gets the job done in his personal repair shop. He is Vancouver Island's authorized Technician for Ampeg, Crate, Hughes & Kettner, Roland and more.
